Despite the quality of the items we have in our website, it may occur that you receive a defective product. Casecentive is always at your service and ensures that your legal rights are respected in accordance with reasonable expectations. In this case, we provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. We do this, depending on your product, by replacement or repair. How long ?
Casecentive offers a 1 year limited warranty, this means if the problem is a valid warranty case, you are eligible to get a replacement depending on which product, as long as it occurs before the warranty expires.
What is a valid warranty case ?
A valid warranty case would be :
1. Any defect that has occurred prior or during shipment (before you receive the product). In this case please let us know within 14 days of reception.
2. Manufacturing error / product falls off or detaches after a short period of time (like screen protectors or back cases
What can we do ?
Upon reviewing your warranty case, if it’s valid : you get a product replacement, the shipping cost can be covered by us depending on which product it is. Otherwise, you will have to cover it yourself.
